On 102506, a narcotics search warrant was served at 3578 Genevieve
Avenue North in the City of Oakdale, MN, by the Washington County
Narcotics Task Force. The search warrant was the result of a
narcotics investigation conducted by the Task Force over the course
of several weeks. During the investigation, indicators of cocaine
trafficking were discovered. As a result of the search warrant, 386
grams (1.5 lb) of Marijuana, 128 grams (4+ oz) of cocaine and
$83,000.00 cash were seized as evidence. Given the amounts involved,
this was a significant drug distribution point into the Oakdale
community.
Richard Allen Skara DOB: 030754 and Mary Gamelina Skara DOB: 092348
were arrested at the scene and held at the Washington County Jail
for 1st Degree Possession of Cocaine. Both subjects have posted bail
and have since been released from custody.
